What is baby reflex?

Baby reflex is specially adapted reflexology for babies. The techniques originally were developed for bonding and over the years have helped to ease, relieve and eliminate many baby discomforts proving to be very popular and successful with parents. It may be used from the age of 4 weeks onwards.

How are these taught?

I like to teach on a one to one basis with all the family being involved especially older siblings, as it helps bond the new baby into the whole family and older brothers and sisters like to be involved. You could also ask grandparents to!

Baby reflex is a short and complete training course provided for mothers or fathers in the use of simple Reflexology techniques for parents to give to their babies and toddlers.

Baby reflex is taught in workshops themed;

feeding/digesting
sleeping/comforting
well being

If being taught individually the course content can be covered in two weeks.

Toddler reflex is taught in 2 weekly workshops themed with nursery rhymes for simplicity.

Baby reflex supplies each parent attending a course, with their own set of baby reflex treatment charts to use at home.

Baby reflex must ALWAYS be taught by a Reflexologist who has qualified at a specialist baby reflex course.
